Located in Sandwich Massachusetts, High Efficiency LLC was founded by Craig Bishop in 2010. In May of 2015 Craig asked Julie Lawson to become a partner to bring the company to the next level in customer service across the board. Fully licensed and insured, High Efficiency is focused on providing residential and commercial clients with extraordinary, clean, professional service and maintenance for their heating and cooling systems. We are dedicated to providing each and every customer with our exceptional knowledge and superior equipment for all their HVAC needs. High Efficiency LLC is one of 3 sister companies owned by Craig Bishop & Julie Lawson. The other company, Cape Cod Energy Solutions LLC also works with Mass Save. Using Building Performance Institute (BPI) standards this company works with High Efficiency to seal your home’s building envelope while also providing proper ventilation for air and moisture. Upgrades can also be made to existing light fixtures and appliances. Together the services of our 2 companies increase your home’s comfort and help to lower energy costs.

Our Policies
Our market share continues to expand by establishing customer loyalty through networking and referrals. We develop customer loyalty by working with the customer closely and relentlessly to solve problems. We also provide the documentation necessary to support the project for the duration and beyond.
Warranty
All our installations come with a one-year workmanship warranty and any service repairs are guaranteed for 30 days. We offer a free first year maintenance for each new HVAC system we install. Extended warranties, manufacturer’s warranties, inspections, and service contracts are also available.
